<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure countermeasures against penetration of moisture into the edge portion of a double-layer product such as a solar cell panel or an electronic panel of an image display device and to perform the sealing of the entire polygonal edge by a continuous operation. <P>SOLUTION: The top of a coating agent ejection port is allowed to coincide with the shape of a slit which opposes against a part of the longitudinal section circumferential shape of the edge of a double-layer product being a workpiece to be coated. It becomes possible by rotating the coating nozzle having the coating agent ejection port of the slit form to freely vary in a plan view the direction of the slit-form coating agent ejection port and to thereby enable the four (that is, front, rear, right and left) circumferential end edges to be sealed by a continuous operation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
