PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a saddle-riding type vehicle capable of installing large electric equipment in a front part of a vehicle, with a sufficient rigidity, without expanding a vehicle width. SOLUTION: A motorcycle 10 includes a head pipe 12, main frames 21L and 21R extended backward from this head pipe 12, and a headlight stay 111 extended forward from the head pipe 12. An electric-equipment support member 125 is extended to the front part of the main frames 21L and 21R and the headlight stay 111 so as to pass through the side of the head pipe 12. The electric equipment support member 125 is composed of a modulator support member 123 arranged on the left side of the vehicle and supporting an anti-lock brake modulator 115 and a battery support member 124 arranged on the right side of the vehicle and supporting a battery 116.
