PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installation structure of a battery capable of reducing the number of components and reducing manufacturing cost without impairing workability at the time of battery installation and detachment. SOLUTION: This is an installation structure of a battery 2 for installing the battery 2 on a frame (vehicle frame F), and comprises the battery 2 and a holder 1 which is formed in a concave shape with an opening at the upper part and holds the battery 2. The holder 1 has a tray portion 4 which is installed on a frame (receiving tray 31) and mounts the battery 2 and a cover portion 5 which is formed integrally with the tray portion 4 and covers the outside of the battery 2.
