PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crane operating device easily changing an operation mode. SOLUTION: A crane 1 with a plurality of drive means 31, 32, 33, and 34 for driving a working machine includes the crane operating device S with an operation means 2 for operating these drive means 31, 32, 33, and 34 depending on the amount of operation. The crane operating device includes an interlocking operation control means 50 for performing an interlocking operation mode that allows, when the operation means 2 is operated, the drive means 31 to perform an independent operation at a speed according to the amount of operation while allowing the drive means 33 to perform an independent operation at a constant speed.
