PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the inductance of a smoothing coil of a DC-DC converter. SOLUTION: The DC-DC converter, having a first and a second smoothing coil, includes a plurality of insulating layers having coil wiring conductors, a ferrite magnetic layer provided between the plurality of insulating layers, and the first coil conductor and second coil conductor provided in the ferrite magnetic layer and electrically connected to the wiring conductors, wherein the first and second coil conductors have the same winding direction, and inner regions of winding portions at least overlap with each other in plan view.
