PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing powder moldings and a powder molding device, wherein deviation of density distribution of the powder moldings is made small. SOLUTION: The powder molding device 1 is provided with: a die 11 formed with a filling part A in which material powder P is filled; a lower punch 21 which is relatively movably attached to the die 11 to demarcate the filling part A with the die 11; an upper punch 31 which is arranged at an upper part of the die 11 and supported to the die 11 to be moved forward and backward; an upper ram 71 which moves the upper punch 31 to the die 11 forward or backward; and a control part 80, wherein the upper punch is connected to the upper ram 71 via a plurality of DDV type servo driving device D10.
