PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reclining seat of a vehicle, capable of transmitting a shock-load input to a vehicle side part to a seat frame efficiently. SOLUTION: In the reclining seat 1 including a seat cushion 2, a seat back 3 reclinable for the seat cushion 2 in a front-rear direction and a spiral spring 22 in which an end is engaged with the seat cushion frame 7 of the seat cushion 2 and another end is engaged with the seat back frame 13 of the seat back 3, a load transmitting block 25 is sandwiched between the spiral spring 22 and the seat cushion frame 7.
