PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that in a machining device for grinding a workpiece by serially arranging the workpieces to be machined on a carrying passage and turning a pair of grinding wheels arranged to face each other across the carrying passage, only one line of the carrying passage can be arranged between the grinding wheels. SOLUTION: A two-sided surface machining device 1 includes the pair of the disk-shaped grinding wheels 2 which are arranged to face each other to form a space in between and turned in the same direction, the carrying passages 3, 4 which are arranged in a plurality of stages in the space in a direction orthogonal to a facing direction of the pair of the grinding wheels 2, and allow the workpiece 6 to linearly pass through the space, and carrying-in rollers 7 to carry the workpiece 6 into the space.
