A femtocell base station connects user equipment (UE) to the core network side and has a storing means and a control means. The storing means holds the subscriber information for UE visiting the area under the control of the femtocell base station. The control means deletes, from the storing means, the subscriber information of UE leaving the area under the control of the femtocell base station.
