摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a customer examination support system and customer examination support program for information exchange between a sales company and a finance company which reduce the number of examination requests and examinations that will not finally lead to sales contracts. <P>SOLUTION: An outstanding debt reference subsystem 210 stores customer outstanding debt information 20 including customer ID, searchable information and outstanding debt information. A customer information list 21 including the customer ID and searchable information is created from the customer outstanding debt information 20 and is sent to a customer reference subsystem 120. The customer reference subsystem 120 searches the customer information list 21 on search key information in input customer information 51 to refer to corresponding customer ID.
