<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controller, a control program and a control system, for easily predicting the location of a printer to be used for printing. <P>SOLUTION: When a printing order is issued to a printer 20, a PC 10 makes an inquiry for acquisition of the user name of a PC 30 locally connected to the printer 20. When the PC 10 acquires the user name from the printer 20, the PC 10 displays the user name. The user of the PC 10 can easily predicts a printer 20 locally connected to the PC 30, to be used for printing. Therefore, even when a plurality of printers of the same model are connected to a network, it is possible to predict that a document is printed in the printer 20 located in the vicinity of the locally connected PC 30, thereby eliminating time and effort for searching for the output. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
