PRODUCTION INFORMATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production information management system for managing information to be indexes for evaluating productivity and reliability by adopting a structural information storage and information management method with a data item put on a hierarchical top.

SOLUTION: In the production information management system, a data collection-tabulation function block 120 stores data collected by a function block 122 for executing data collection processing in an RDB 124 and prepares various general purpose Views 126(including a general purpose View file) by using information stored in the RDB 124. An engineering function block 180 performs generation processing of an XML structure file 184 by engineering tool processing 182. Meanwhile, a screen display system 200 includes a screen display function block 210. The screen display function block 210 includes a function for displaying and executing various graphs presenting productivity-reliability evaluation indexes in a production system on the screen of an information display device 10 based on user's setting.
