<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a decoration sheet for keeping surface smoothness and gloss and maintaining a design feeling even after three-dimensional molding such as insertion molding or injection molding simultaneous decoration in the decoration sheets of both high gloss and low gloss. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the decoration sheet includes: a process of forming a design layer on a base material; a process of turning the surface of the design layer to a smooth surface; a process of stacking an ionizing radiation curing resin composition on the smooth surface of the design layer; and a process of forming a surface protective layer by crosslinking and curing the ionizing radiation curing resin composition. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
