PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a node device, a node processing program and a content data storage method for improving contribution to a system in a short time by making a node device automatically store the replica of content from the beginning of participation in this system. SOLUTION: The node device includes: a node information obtaining means for, when participation processing in a content distribution and storage system is executed, obtaining the node information of any node device who participates in the content distribution and storage system; a content data transmission requesting means for requesting the transmission of content data based on prescribed content data obtaining conditions to the other node devices which participate in the content distribution and storage system based on the node information obtained by the node information obtaining means; a content data obtaining means for obtaining the content data requested by the content data requesting means; and a storage means for storing the content data obtained from the other node devices by the content data obtaining means.
