METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING FILM-LIKE SUBSTANCE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a film-like substance which ensures good surface smoothness without using a conventional support which requires control work such as flaw production prevention and foreign matter sticking prevention on a support surface. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the film-like substance has processes of: preparing an oil bath in which a surface is covered with a surfactant layer; applying a coating solution containing a precursor of the film-like substance and an aqueous solvent to the surfactant layer; and spreading applied coating solution on the surfactant layer.
