PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration-damping coating composition easy to enhance the vibration-damping performance of coating film. SOLUTION: The vibration-damping coating composition includes: an aqueous resin dispersion with coating film-forming resin particles dispersed in aqueous dispersion medium; and mica for enhancing the vibration-damping performance of coating film; and further, includes: calcium carbonate, inorganic hollow particles and thermally expandable microcapsules which make a thermal expansion because of including a thermally expanding agent in the polymeric shells. In the composition, the total amount of the calcium carbonate, mica and the inorganic hollow particles is 66-68 mass% relative to the total amount of the resin particles, the mica, the calcium carbonate and the inorganic hollow particles.
