PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve presentation control flexibly corresponding to a change in game status while holding matching between the presentation contents and the win/lose lottery result in pledge in a pinball game machine having a mission presentation as one mode of presentation. SOLUTION: In this Pachinko game machine in a certain mode, a win/lose lottery means and a variable pattern determining means transmit the information indicative of win/lose lottery result corresponding to entering of a ball and the information indicative of a variable pattern when a new ball enters whether or not a symbol variable display corresponding to entering of the ball is immediately started. A presentation determining means determines the presentation contents of continuously variable presentation by determining a mode of a presentation display element displayed at every symbol variation according to the status of a predetermined element assumed at that time before the start of continuously variable presentation, and afresh determines a mode of a presentation display element to be subsequently displayed according to the status of an actual predetermined element after the start of continuously variable presentation.
