PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise oil temperature without deteriorating fuel economy and adding a device, in a lubricating device for an internal combustion engine. SOLUTION: This lubricating device for the internal combustion engine includes a detection means 14 detecting temperature of oil in the internal combustion engine 1, a determination means 10 determining whether the internal combustion engine 1 is in a fuel cut state in which supply of fuel to the internal combustion engine 1 is temporarily stopped or not, and a delivery means 5 given power from a rotary shaft of the internal combustion engine 1 and delivering oil for circulating oil in the internal combustion engine 1. The lubricating device for the internal combustion engine includes an increase means 10 increasing work of the delivery means 5 when temperature detected by the detection means 14 is not greater than a threshold and the determination means 10 determines that the internal combustion engine 1 is in the fuel cut state.
