PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal structure of a coil device that combines prevention of falling out of a conductive wire with suppression of a decrease in reliability on conductivity. SOLUTION: The terminal structure of the coil device includes a coil 2 formed by winding a bobbin 1 with a flat-sectioned rectangular flat conductive wire covered with a dielectric film, and a terminal 4 having a fusing part 5 electrically connected to both flat surfaces of an end 49 of the flat conductive wire 3 taken out of the coil by fusing. The fusing part 5 includes a plate-shaped planar portion 61 surface-contacting one flat surface 51 between both of the flat surfaces of the end 49 of the flat conductive wire 3, and a folded piece 62 folded in a thickness direction of the planar portion 61 to clamp the end 49 of the flat conductive wire with the planar portion 61. The folded piece 62 includes a contact surface portion 63 contacting the other flat surface 52 between both flat surfaces of the end 49 of the flat conductive wire 3.
