PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately detect a person area by correcting a part of a human body shielded by masking or the like. SOLUTION: The attitude change detection device for detecting a change in attitude of a person included in a taken frame from the time change of the image area of the person includes: an imaging means which images the frame to obtain time-series images; a person detection means which detects one or a plurality of persons from each of the time-series images obtained by the imaging means; a height estimation means which estimates the height of a person to be tracked detected by the person detection means; and an attitude recognition means which obtains the attitude of the person by comparing the change ratio of horizontal and vertical size of the person on the image obtained by the height estimation means with a preset attitude pattern.
