PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a humidifier capable of improving usability in terms of maintenance of a humidification unit and an air cleaner with a humidification function. SOLUTION: The humidification unit 20 includes an annular support body 41 and a humidification member 100. The humidification member 100 is wound around the support body 41 along the outer peripheral edge of the support body 41. Since the humidification unit 20 is completed by winding the humidification member 100 around the support body 41 from the outer side, it is unnecessary to disassemble the support member 41 during maintenance of the humidification member 100. In the humidification member 100, a winding start 100A is locked on a first lock part 60, and a winding end 100B is locked on any of a plurality of second lock parts 61. If the humidification member 100 is stretched, when the winding end 100B of the humidification member 100 is locked again on the second lock part 61 separated from the first lock part 60, the humidification member 100 can be wound around the support member 41 without loosening.
