PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide foamed wallpaper that is highly expanded to have a specific gravity of expanded resin layer of≤0.16, uses EMMA as a resin component of foamed resin layer and is excellent in all of foamed cell shape, surface characteristics, workability and economical efficiency. SOLUTION: The foamed wallpaper has at least an expanded resin layer on a paper substrate. The foamed resin layer comprises (1) an ethylene-methyl methacrylate copolymer having a methyl methacrylate content of 10-20 wt.% as a resin component, (2) 30-50 pts.wt. of titanium dioxide based on 100 pts.wt. of the resin component and has (3) a specific gravity of≤0.16.
