PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image controller which removes the eccentricity of a driving roller and of a driven roller included in the measured conveying speed of a belt, accurately controls ink ejection upon printing, and thereby prevents landing deviation of the ink. SOLUTION: The image controller has: an eccentricity calculation part 336 which includes a driving-side encoder 134 and a driven-side encoder 132 for detecting the rotational speed of the driven roller 161 and of the driving roller 162 as the moving speed of the conveying belt, and calculates the eccentricity of each of the rollers 161 and 162 based on a change in rotational speed of each of the driven roller 161 and the driving roller 162; and a printing control part 350 which controls timing of each image formation performed by a plurality of ink heads so that misalignment between a plurality of images is reduced on the conveying belt, based on the eccentricity of the driven roller 161 and of the driving roller 162 calculated by the eccentricity calculation part 336 and the moving speed of the conveying belt detected by a speed detection part 310.
