A vibration membrane (15) is placed in the gaps between plates (12, 14), said pair of frames (31, 32) and spacer (33) and in the gap between plates (12, 14). The coil pattern (15b) of the vibration membrane (15) is placed in the gap between the plates (12, 14) and in the gap between the plate (14) and the frame (32) or the spacer (33).
