摘要 <p>Provided is a power control device for making compatible the retention of a driving force at an accelerating time of a vehicle having an engine (5) with a turbo charger (15) as a power source and the suppression of the deterioration of mileage. The power control device (1) comprises an engine control unit (80) and a speed change control unit (81), which can control the power of the engine (5). At an accelerating time of the vehicle, if an actual operation point (AP) that is an operation point indicating the combination of the actual speed and torque of the engine (5) is positioned within a non-supercharged region, in which the supercharge cannot be effected by the turbo charger (15), of the running region of the engine (5), and if a final target operation point (LP) that is an operation point for a target of the acceleration is positioned within a supercharged region, in which the supercharge can be effected by the turbo charger (15), of the running region of the engine (5), the engine control unit (80) and the speed change control unit (81) raise the engine speed till the actual operation point (AP) moves into the supercharged region, and reduce the engine speed, after the actual operation point (AP) enters the supercharged region, thereby transfering the actual operation point (AP) to the final target operation point (LP).</p>
