PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating toilet seat device, capable of rapidly detecting termination of use of a toilet bowl. SOLUTION: The heating toilet seat device includes: a casing; a toilet seat pivotally supported to be openable and closable relative to the casing and having a heating source for heating a seating surface; a toilet lid pivotally supported to be openable and closable relative to the casing and covering the seating surface; a front detection sensor which outputs detection signal upon detection of a human body in the front of the toilet seat; a side detection sensor which outputs detection signal upon detection of a human body on the side of the toilet seat; a toilet lid driving unit for closing the toilet lid; and a control unit which drives the toilet lid driving unit to close the toilet lid when both the front detection sensor and the side detection sensor do not output the detection signal.
