The device (10) has a carrier carrying an electrically conductive conductor (11) with copper foils and graphite. Electrically conductive contact areas (12, 13) are provided at a source side and a load side such that a source and/or a load contact with a housing. The carrier is designed as a carrier foil and made of electrical-insulation material. An electrically conductive guiding layer is arranged on the carrier. The carrier exhibits a smaller rigidity so that the carrier is adapted to different housing shapes. The carrier has a contour sectionally adapted to a contour of the housing.
