<p>An anti-explosive and environment protecting oil (gas) filing device at least includes an oil (gas) tank (A). The oil (gas) tank (A) is connected to an oil (gas) filling machine (X). An anti-explosive material is filled into the inner chamber of the oil (gas) tank (A). There is a pried body (400) used to fix the tank (A) at different positions disposed under the oil (gas) tank (A) and the oil (gas) filling machine (X). The anti-explosive material is a multi-layer anti-explosive material unit body (1) made of high porosity material (11), and the unit body (1) is provided with a fixed supporting part used to fix and support the unit body (1).
