PURPOSE: A method for removing nitrogen and phosphorus from a sewage disposal ground by using a waterwheel is provided to contribute to environmental purification through the environmental installation under the ground. CONSTITUTION: A method for removing nitrogen and phosphorus from a sewage disposal ground by using a waterwheel comprises the steps of: removing nitrogen and phosphorus by performing the air input operation two or three times; and automatically testing the air input operation and controlling the speed of the operation by using DO and ORP values based on the principal of falling water from a waterwheel.
