Hinge 7 has case 8 and hinge pin 9 arranged to move relative to said case. Gastight joint 13 communicates hollow space 6 of rod 4 with inner space of sealing bellows and has one groove 15. Groove 15 is made in the hinge face side that faces rod 4, terminates in sealing bellows inner space and has radial outer end.
