FIELD: chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of mixing components of an explosive composition. The method involves batching liquid-viscous components, batching powdered components and mixing them in a vertical planetary mixer. When batching, portions of powdered components are controlled depending on viscosity of liquid-viscous components of the explosive components. When viscosity of liquid-viscous components is equal to 30-100 Pas, the ratio of the weight of portions of the powdered components to the weight of the liquid-viscous components is kept between 1:1.5 and 1:2.5, and when viscosity of the liquid-viscous components is over 100 Pas, this ratio is kept between 1:3.0 and 1:3.5. ^ EFFECT: design of a method which provides high intensity of the mixing process and quality of mixing the explosive composition. ^ 1 dwg, 1 tbl |
