PURPOSE: A system and a method for analyzing sensor-outputted signals are provided to maximize the efficiency of operation processing speed and time in an analyzing system by defining an upper limit, a lower limit, and a detection state section according to the operation processing capability of the system. CONSTITUTION: A sensor signal receiving unit(210) receives a sensor outputted signal detected from a sensor. A signal converting unit(220) performs a sampling process with respect to the sensor outputted signal into a pre-set sampling frequency size and converts the signal from analog to digital. A boundary value setting unit(230) sets the upper limit and a lower limit of the sensor outputted signal. A detection state section setting unit(240) sets a detection state section by allocating the size of an N-value and an M-value. A controlling unit(250) verifies and extracts the sensor outputted signal corresponding to the detection state section.
