PURPOSE: A safety power shut-off apparatus for a vehicle is provided to secure stable power supply by preventing the separation between the housing and the cover. CONSTITUTION: A safety power shut-off apparatus for a vehicle comprises a housing(102), a cover(104), power supply units, and a power supply/shut-off lever(108). The power supply units selectively provide the drive power from a battery. The power supply/shut-off lever selectively fixes the housing and the cover with the elastic force, wherein the cover is inserted into the housing to maintain power supply by electric contact of the power supply units or drawn out of the housing to maintain the power shut-off state by the separation of the power supply units.
