PURPOSE: A method for detecting a femto base station from a wireless communication system offering a smooth real time service to a terminal is provided to minimize unnecessary scanning by detecting the femto base station according to a request of a macro base station. CONSTITUTION: A macro BS(Base Station)(210) requests a UL(UpLink) monitoring to a femto base station(220). A UE(User Equipment)(200) transmits a UL traffic to the macro base station. The femto base station performs the UL monitoring about the terminal. The femto base station transmits a monitoring report message to the macro base station. The base station transmits a MOB SCN-REQ(Mobile Scanning Interval Allocation Request).
