Receiver receives signal from network of communication sources. Subsystem of signal level control determines source of communication, which sends most powerful signals. Subsystem of power supply mode control depends on subsystem of signal level control and is configured so that duty mode and start-up modes are actuated in turns, start-up mode is synchronised with source of communication that sends most powerful signal, and level of signal from at least one additional source of communication is checked in compliance with pre-determined sequence. ^ EFFECT: reduced power consumption. ^ 13 cl, 4 dwg
