FIELD: construction. ^ SUBSTANCE: existing sash pulley is dismantled from at least one window opening arranged with quarters at least along two sides of specified window opening, while it adjoins inner sides of specified quarters by its outer side. Specified quarters are dismantled from specified window opening. Sash pulley consisting of window case and hinged elements is installed and fixed into at least one specified window opening with dismantled quarters so that outer surface of specified installed and fixed sash pulley lies in a single plane with external side of the building. System of external heat insulation of building is installed, which includes fixation of heat insulation material at outer side of specified building walls so that it covers at least part of each of three profiles, which make up specified window case. ^ EFFECT: provision of maximum energy efficiency. ^ 8 cl, 2 dwg |
