Dielectric housing covers electrodes and semi-permeable membrane that is pressed against perforated tube walls. Water feed represents a cowl. Flow separator with guide vanes is arranged on semi-permeable membrane nearby perforated tube inlet. Electrode outlet branch pipes have cylindrical section and tapered section connected with cylindrical discharge pipeline furnished with hydraulic control valves.
