PURPOSE: The cone penetrometer for the ground impedance spectrum improves the accuracy and reliability of the measurement result. CONSTITUTION: The inner electrode(200) is composed of the first contacting portion and metal rod. The first contacting portion interlinks the terminal cable of the impedance analyzer and cone. The metal rod interlinks the leading end to the bottom plane of cone. The backend is interlinked to the first contacting portion.
