PURPOSE: A home appliance service center and a controlling method thereof are provided to reduce the number of retransmission of packet for obtaining the errorless packet by restoring the error frame. CONSTITUTION: The packet converted by a signal converter is transmitted to an error inspection unit(S300). The error inspection unit inspects the error for each frame included in the packet(S305). A center controller determines the frame having the error(S310). The center controller temporarily stores the transmitted packet(S315).
