CEMENT BINDER COMPOSITION, SUPER ULTRA HIGH STRENGTH PRECAST CONCRETE COMPOSITION AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING SUPER ULTRA HIGH STRENGTH PRECAST CONCRETE GOODS USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A cement binder composition is provided to maximize intensity of the concrete by mixing coarse cement, silica fume, blast furnace slag fine powder and anhydrite. CONSTITUTION: A cement binder composition contains 45-55 weight% of normal Portland cement, 15-25 weight% of silica fume, 15-25 weight% of blast slag fine powder and 2-8 weight% of anhydrous gypsum. The composition contains 3-8 weight% of SO_3. The normal Portland cement contains 30-70 weight% of coarse cement. A method for manufacturing the precast concrete comprises: a step of mixing cement binding material composition with water/binder in a ratio of 11-15 weight% and a step of performing non-compacting molding, atmorspheric steam curing and heat curing.
