PURPOSE: A height control pillow is provided, which automatically controls the height of a pillow after a sleep position is changed. CONSTITUTION: A height control pillow comprises: a main body(100); and a mat part(200) which can be detached from the main body. The mat part is comprised of a mat and sleep position detection sensors installed at the mat. The main body includes: a buffer unit which is made of cushion material; an upper plate covered on the buffer unit; a lower plate which becomes the bottom of the pillow; a height adjusting part controlling the height of the pillow; a controller controlling the height adjusting part of the pillow; and a spring pushing the upper and lower plates between the upper and lower plates. |
