PURPOSE: A car washing and polishing method of preventing the damage to a car body is provided to enable car washing and polishing to be clearly performed since the beating and rotating operations are simultaneously performed in a car washing process. CONSTITUTION: A car washing and polishing method of preventing the damage to a car body is as follows. A car washing and polishing device comprising a sponge and a car polishing composition are provided(S1). The car polishing composition is coated on the bottom of the sponge(S2). The car polishing composition is coated on the car body to be polished(S3). The car washing and polishing device is operated and then is moved from the car surface. The sponge beats the surface of the car body, on which the car polishing composition is coated, and rotates on it(S4). The surface stain of the car body due to the car washing is removed(S5). The car polishing composition makes the frictional coefficient to the surface of the car body less than 0.3. |
