PURPOSE: A wrinkle processing device is provided to express natural wrinkle pattern to the material, thereby maintaining the wrinkle pattern continuously. CONSTITUTION: A fiber material passes through a concentration ring(12,16,18) and is united. The fiber textile is provided through a supply roll(20). A heat setting unit(24-1~24-3) discharges material forming a wrinkle pattern through a material flaming unit(28) within the heat setting unit, and cloth injury edge of rear part of the heat setting unit and discharge roll(39). Direct heat by a steam injected to the internal pipe part(40) of a stream penetration pipe(25) and indirect heat by steam injected to the airtight outer tube part(42) is respectively applied to the fiver material which passed through the inner tube. |
