PURPOSE: A pellet of a boiler fuel, a manufacturing method thereof, and a manufacturing apparatus thereof are provided to heat water or a room at a low cost while enabling the completion of combustion. CONSTITUTION: A pellet(10) of a boiler fuel comprises a spherical body(11) and a hole(13). The spherical body is used at a boiler fuel by compressing pallet molding powders, and the hole improves the combustion of the spherical body by forming a path through which air and filer pass. In addition, the pallet includes a lower mold, an upper mold(140) and a pin member(151). The lower mold receives the pallet molding powders, and the upper mold is inserted into the lower mold. The pin member forms a hole on the spherical body.
