PURPOSE: An automatic golf ball transfer system is provided, which can realize automation of supply and collection of golf balls. CONSTITUTION: An automatic golf ball transfer system comprises: a floor side(20) which is separated from the surface and on which a golf ball is placed; a shaking unit(30) which is supported in the surface and generates shaking in the direction for transferring a golf ball; a mobile unit(50) which is supported in the surface, is combined with the lower-part of the floor side and supports the floor side; and a controller(60) which controls the operation of the shaking unit by detecting a golf ball.
