FIELD: transport, package. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to discharging of tank cars with thickened and congealed high-viscosity oil products and pertains to method and device intended for heating said products. Heating of said oil products id performed in SHF field by 400-1000 MHz-radiation in rarified air with additional heating of airflow. Proposed device comprises SHF-generator rigidly connected with waveguide, cover-screen and radiator. Cover-screen has ring and opposed holes with threaded sleeves wherein T-branch pipes are screwed. Top branch pipes are furnished with thread for plugs to be screwed therein, while medium branch pipes are communicated via SHF-filters and air ducts with aid path with its one wall making waveguide path wall. Air duct is connected to ventilation draught system. Cover-screen is fitted onto tank filler neck via the shell ring with, gate valve with sealing screening gasket, plates with grooves and cover-screen locks. Ring lower seat surface mates the sizes of tank filler neck top part shape and has annular groove with sealing screening gasket. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency and reliability, expanded performances. ^ 2 cl, 1 dwg |
