Tubular billet is fitted into die, tubular billet cavity is filled with fluid filler. Filler hydrostatic pressure is created by revolving die with tubular billet around billet axis. Minimum required angular speed of tubular biller rotation is determined by claimed formula. Filler in tubular billet cavity is hydraulically communicated via check valve with tank containing filler.
