FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: device for collecting data about sample for volumetric calculation of platelets in blood sample contains measuring cavity for reception of blood sample. Measuring cavity has preliminarily fixed thickness. Device for collecting data about sample additionally contains reagent placed in dry form on surface, setting ranges of measuring cavity. Reagent contains hemolysing means for lysing of red blood cells in blood sample and optionally dye for selective staining of platelets in blood sample. System contains device for collecting data about sample and measuring equipment. Measuring equipment contains holder of device for collection of data about sample, light source and system of image formation for obtaining magnified digital image of sample.
