<p>The heater (1) has a cool water inlet (15) and a hot water outlet (16), and a reservoir (12) for storing hot water, where the cool water inlet is connected to a level of another reservoir (10). The hot water outlet is connected to the level of the former reservoir. Controlled circulation units (11) ensure controlled circulation of water between the two reservoirs. Other controlled circulation units (14) ensure controlled circulation of water between the latter reservoir and the hot water outlet.
