<p>The device (1) has two microcircuits (3, 4) e.g. chip, connected in parallel to a shared communication interface (5) e.g. radiofrequency type communication interface, and selection units (6) for selecting one of the microcircuits. The selection units are actuated by interaction with the outer side of the device, where the interaction is distinct from reception and interruption of a communication signal e.g. ISO 14443signal.
